    Job description

Hims & Hers is the leading health and wellness platform, on a mission to help the world feel great through the power of better health. We are redefining healthcare by putting the customer first and delivering access to care that is affordable, accessible, and personal, from diagnosis to treatment to delivery. No two people are the same, so we provide access to personalized care designed for results. By normalizing health & wellness challenges and innovating on their solutions, we’re making better health outcomes easier to achieve.

Hims & Hers is a public company, traded on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “HIMS.” To learn more about the brand and offerings, you can visit hims.com/about and hims.com/how-it-works . For information on the company’s outstanding benefits, culture, and its talent-first flexible/remote work approach, see below and visit www.hims.com/careers-professionals.

    About the Role:

Hims and Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way consumers want to be treated today.

As a Product Lead, you will own the end-to-end consumer experience for a new experience we’re launching in proactive healthcare. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to define and build a new product from the ground up — shaping how millions of consumers discover, adopt, and engage with a brand-new product area for the company. You will set the vision, build the foundation, and ship the experience that brings this vertical to life.

    You Will:

    • Own the end-to-end consumer journey — from discovery and education through onboarding, treatment, and ongoing engagement

    • Partner with engineering and design to build AI into the core consumer experience.

    • Lead projects through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative customer experience features

    • Partner with our clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education are core to the product experience

    • Help shape short to long-term roadmaps, driving long-term scalability while balancing day-to-day improvements

    • Maximize efficiency in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environment

    You Have:

    • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    • Experience in a consumer-oriented product role; experience in health, wellness, or category-defining 0-to-1 products is a plus

    • A strong point of view on where AI can meaningfully reshape the consumer healthcare experience, and you're excited to build it into the core of the product

    • Fluency working with AI agents and building AI-native workflows and systems.

    • AI-native is your default operating mode. You work with agents the way most PMs work with docs — fluently, constantly, and as a core part of how you get things done.

    • A track record of building and shipping products that customers love and drive meaningful business impact

    • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

    • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

    • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

    • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

    • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

    • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

    • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
