HiringAgents.ai is building an AI native recruitment model that combines human judgment with powerful automation. To support growing demand from our customers, we are looking for freelance tech recruiters who want to earn based purely on results. You focus on finding great candidates within the projects assigned to you, and top performers can apply for InMail allocation.

What You Will Do

• Source and engage engineers, developers, architects, and other technical profiles for specific roles.

• Identify strong technical matches using your own judgment, supported by our AI tools.

• Coordinate introductions so candidates can move directly to interviews with our customer.

• Keep a simple, clear record of outreach and interview progress.

How You Earn

• You earn a success fee for every qualified tech candidate who completes an interview with our customer.

• No placement requirements, no hourly work. Earnings scale with successful interviews.

• You can do this part-time and at your own pace, but we expect at least 10 qualified submissions per week to continue working together.

• Recruiters who consistently deliver strong candidates can apply for LinkedIn InMail allocation to scale their outreach.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in or recruiting for high growth companies, preferably startups.

• Experience sourcing or recruiting technical candidates, ideally on LinkedIn.

• Strong written communication.

• Ability to quickly assess technical profiles for role fit.

• Independent, reliable, and comfortable with flexible work.
