Fresh off a successful $1.5m pre-seed round from leading investors, our startup is scaling quickly, and we're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to help us accelerate our mission: making great matches between companies and candidates.
As our Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be a driving force behind our acquisition, activation, and retention efforts. You'll join a small, passionate founding team dedicated to building products that revolutionize recruitment by combining deep human insight with cutting-edge AI. In this role, you’ll experiment, iterate, and execute growth strategies across channels to scale Holly (our AI recruiter) and Hunter (our AI career assistant) to customers around the world.
Own and scale growth marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and partnership channels
Develop experiments and data-driven campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
Analyze funnels, identify bottlenecks, and propose creative, actionable solutions
Partner with product and engineering to drive adoption of new features and product improvements
Build out analytics and dashboards to track marketing performance and communicate insights to the team
Contribute as a generalist in a fast-moving, collaborative founding team environment
4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience, ideally within early or growth-stage tech startups
Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns
Proven track record of combining technical expertise and creative problem-solving
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), marketing automation, and A/B testing
Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership roles and can independently take projects from idea to execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience marketing B2B SaaS or AI-driven products
Familiarity with full-stack (web) development or data analysis
Previous founding or early team experience
