Job Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day systems and processes for accurate administration of the rebate and coop vendor programs.
• Create and run reports based on contract terms to validate compliance to determine rebate and coop amounts earned and provide support for the calculations.
• Ensure timely collections and application in accounting system of earned rebates and coop monies.
• Prepare assigned routine journal entries and all supporting documentation according to the month end close calendar
• In an organized and detailed fashion, complete complex rebate and coop account reconciliations by the assigned due date.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of rebate and coop programs.
• Assist Corporate Controller in identifying areas of opportunities for process improvements as they relate to the Company’s rebate and coop processes.
• Ensure accounting reports and files are maintained in an organized manner to facilitate ease of research and review.
• Perform analysis of financial reports and accounts as requested.
• Provide support for annual financial and other regulatory audits.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures and practices.
• Other duties as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
• At minimum - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of v-lookups and pivot tables.

• Excellent Communication skills are required to be able to interface with others in the accounting department and in the company.
• Excellent attention to detail and well organized.
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
• Collaborative work style.
