    Production Scheduler

    The opportunity  

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our innovative team in Alamo, TN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and make a significant impact on our operations.     How You'll Make an Impact

    • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.

    • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

    • Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or equipment downtime.

    • Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput.

    • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines.

    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.

    • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.

    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

    Your Background

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and/or 2+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role.

    • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
