What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards
- Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations
- Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial or production equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to follow processes and quality standards
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
- Willingness and capability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $46.29 to $46.29 per hour
