What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while following all safety policies and procedures.
- Support plant operations by coordinating material movement to meet production and customer requirements.
- Complete operational records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs and changing priorities.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $49.36 to $49.36 per hour.
