What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a tanker truck to transport and deliver materials to customer and company locations.
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Load, unload, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel.
- Promote a strong safety culture by following all company policies, environmental standards, and transportation regulations.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate Tanker and Doubles Endorsements and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
- Demonstrated ability to operate tanker equipment safely and efficiently in a variety of conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements accurately.
- Effective communication and customer service skills with a professional and team-oriented approach.
- Dependable, safety-focused individual who can adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and operational needs.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
