The Clinical Director / Director of Patient Care Services is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Home Health and Hospice clinical services. This role establishes, implements, and evaluates clinical goals and objectives that support quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and the overall mission and philosophy of the organization.
The Director of Patient Care Services also serves as the Clinical Manager for the purpose of meeting applicable Medicare Conditions of Participation. This position provides clinical oversight, operational guidance, and leadership to ensure Home Health and Hospice services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and accreditation standards.

The Clinical Director / Director of Patient Care Services may also qualify as a registered nurse with four years of experience within the last five years in a home health and hospice agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
