About the Position

Ihre Aufgaben

• Reinigung und Bedienung der Mehrproduktanlagen gemäß Arbeitsvorschriften oder Parameterkarten und Pflege der betrieblichen Dokumente (Tagesprotokolle, Bestandslisten, Anlagenprotokolle)
• Handhabung der Zwischen- und Endprodukte entsprechend den Arbeitsanweisungen
• Probeentnahme und -handhabung laut Arbeitsvorschrift
• Erkennen von Anlagestörungen und Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten
• Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Vorschlägen zur kontinuierlichen
• Produkt- und Prozessverbesserung sowie Einhaltung von Lean-Maßnahmen und 5S

Ihr Profil

Sie haben erfolgreich eine Ausbildung zum Chemikanten, zur Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen. Alternativ konnten Sie sich durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsbereich eines Unternehmens der chemisch-metallurgischen Industrie entsprechendes Fachwissen aneignen. Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in der mechanischen, chemischen und thermischen Verfahrenstechnik, Industrieofentechnik sowie Pulvermetallurgie. Im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen sind Sie vertraut. Außerdem sind Sie versiert im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word) und haben idealerweise grundlegende AlloyBase-Kenntnisse.

Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre gewissenhafte, sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität. Bereitschaft zur vollkontinuierlichen Schichtarbeit setzen wir voraus.
