About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Safety Coordinator to join our Safety team on our projects in Ft. Wayne, IN. Mooresville, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position. The Senior Safety Coordinator leads safety execution for major project scopes, mentors junior safety staff, and serves as a key safety leader within the project team. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and consistent program delivery across complex operations.
