As a Kitchen Attendant, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will support our chefs in delivering unforgettable meals to guests.     • Ensure that the dining area is clean during and after meal services.
    • Ensure that the kitchen areas, equipment, and restrooms are clean during the overnight hours.
    • Provide the cooks, server assistants, bartenders and servers with support and assistance.
    • Provide support for all activities pertaining to cleaning/maintaining kitchen storage, preparation and service areas and materials to include maintaining closet inventories.
    • No supervisory responsibilities.
    • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities and equipment.
    • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
    • Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.
    • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
    • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 10-15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees and solve problems.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write and read reports and purchase orders, as well as basic math skills.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working independently.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
    • Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
    • Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
