Hospice RN | Part-time, every other weekend, 8pm - 8am

Position: Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice

Schedule: Part-time | every other Saturday & Sunday | 8:00pm - 8:00am (nights)

Territory: Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties

Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Response Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns

- Provide end-of-life visits

- Provide after-hours support and care

- Schedule: work every other Saturday and Sunday, nights 8pm - 8am

Location:

- Grand Rapids, covering a 55-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids; Kent and Ottawa Counties and outskirts of surrounding Counties

Qualifications:

- RN licensure in Michigan

- Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience

- Hospice or hospital experience preferred

- Passion for hospice nursing

- Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation for home visits
