As we continue to grow, Faith Hospice has some unique opportunities to consider for an RN who feels the call to serve patients at end of life.  This is a rare opportunity to work as an essential part of an interdisciplinary health care team who also share this very rare and special calling to hospice nursing.

At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides, and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.

What Opportunities are available?

• RN Inpatient Hospice Residence: part-time 2nd shift available
• RN Response Nurse: full-time weekdays on night shift or weekends (12hr nights or days) to make planned visits or respond to crisis calls

Education and Experience

• • RN licensure in Michigan

• • At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred

• • Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred

• • Passion for hospice nursing
