Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

This position will be responsible for assisting with day to day parking operations and traffic management for Greektown Casino Hotel.   Essential Functions   - Direct inbound and outbound traffic - Change and move signage as directed - Cone off and open parking spaces/levels as directed - Walk garage levels and report hazards, maintenance issues; suspicious activity to various teams - Physically count occupied and un-occupied parking spaces - Communicate parking policy to patrons - Provides the highest level of guest service - Train new team members (Traffic & Booth Attendants only) - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and promotions - Provides guests with directions and information about Greektown District - May operate, and move guest vehicles if necessary - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property - Other duties as assigned
