Office Generalist

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Generalist. This role provides cross-training in multiple office functions while supporting departments as needed. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and growing within the company. Responsibilities Learn and assist with various office functions across multiple departments Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, account reconciliations, and inventory tracking Enter and maintain accurate data and process invoices and other office documents Provide administrative support, answer phones, and assist customers Serve as backup coverage for office staff and help with special projects as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Office, administrative, accounting, or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Starting pay: $17.00 per hour.
