Providing companionship and conversation
Supporting clients with personal care
Helping with meals and light household tasks
Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes
Accompanying clients on outings or appointments
Helping with medication, where appropriate and after training
Offering reassurance, friendship and emotional support
Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you care for
