    Are you a driven Care Manager with a passion for growth, recruitment, relationship building, and outstanding care delivery?

    This is more than a Care Manager role. This is an opportunity to launch and develop a new domiciliary care branch, establish a high-performing team, build strong community networks, and create a service that makes a real difference to people's lives.

    We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Non-Registered Care Manager who is excited by the challenge of growing a successful home care business from the ground up.

    About the Role

    As our New Branch Care Manager, you will take ownership of developing and expanding our domiciliary care service within the local community. You will be responsible for recruiting exceptional care professionals, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards of client care.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of operational management, business development, sales, recruitment, and people leadership.

    Key Tasks

    Business Development & Sales

    • Develop relationships with local healthcare professionals, community groups, and referral partners
    • Generate new client enquiries and convert assessments into care packages
    • Increase hours of care delivered and achieve branch growth targets
    • Promote the service within the local community and represent the business at networking events
    • Identify opportunities to expand services and maximise branch performance

    Recruitment & Team Building

    • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Care Professionals
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
    • Deliver engaging interviews and recruitment events
    • Ensure excellent retention through strong leadership and support
    • Foster a positive and professional branch culture

    Care Quality & Operations

    • Oversee care assessments, reviews, and service delivery
    • Ensure person-centred care remains at the heart of everything we do
    • Monitor quality assurance processes and client satisfaction
    • Support compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
    • Lead and motivate a growing team to achieve exceptional outcomes

    Ideal Candidate

    • Experience within domiciliary care management, coordination, or supervision
    • Proven recruitment experience and a track record of attracting quality care professionals
    • Sales, business development, or relationship management experience
    • Excellent networking and communication skills
    • Strong leadership and people management abilities
    • A commercially aware mindset with a passion for growth
    • Ability to work independently and drive results
    • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
    • Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification (Level 5 desirable)
    • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
    • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
    • Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to remain calm and effective when managing multiple priorities.
    • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including participation in the on-call rota.
