This role is responsible for operational performance, program growth, financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership across several specialized service areas.

This is not a direct service or clinical role. Success comes from leading managers and program leaders, building strong systems, improving performance, and ensuring families receive timely access to high-quality services.

    • Oversee program operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics

    • Improve access to services and reduce wait times for families

    • Drive program growth and service utilization

    • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met

    • Use data and reporting to improve operational and financial performance

    • Build partnerships with Regional Centers, community organizations, and stakeholders

    • Create systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence

    What We're Looking For

    • Masters degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business Administration, or a related field

    • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, early intervention, human services, behavioral health, education, or community-based services

    • 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, managers, or program leaders

    • Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and organizational growth

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution

Why Join Home of Guiding Hands?

    • Lead programs that positively impact children and families

    • Opportunity to shape strategy, improve access to care, and drive meaningful growth

    • Collaborative leadership team and mission-driven culture

    • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package

    • Generous PTO, holiday pay, and professional development opportunities

If you're passionate about building strong teams, improving services, and helping children and families thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
