A lot of what you do will be starting from scratch. You can expect a lot of autonomy; in return, we expect you to have a strong sense of ownership and desire to help shape the future direction of the company. The developer will have a chance to work directly with the core members of our high-performing team and will have the following

responsibilities:

* Developing frontend and backend architectures. * Designing interactive sites. * Developing backend applications. * Creating servers and databases for functionality. * Ensuring responsiveness of applications. * Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. * Building out our proprietary home price prediction model. * Designing and developing APIs. * Meeting both technical and consumer needs. # **Our requirements** We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria: * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * At least 5 years of programming experience, ideally with both frontend and backend exposure. * Able to communicate proficiently in English. * Proficiency with frontend languages such as JavaScript (ReactJS, NextJS) and backend languages and frameworks: NestJS (NestJS Microservices), Typescript, ExpressJS, Eslint, TypeORM * Proficiency with database technology such as PGSQL and MongoDB. * Familiarity with ML and big data concepts. # **Benefits and Opportunities** Candidates will have unparalleled learning opportunities for learning and accelerated career growth working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.
