Job Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will provide essential one-on-one care, helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Duties include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, and dressing).
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and light exercises.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or behavior to the RN Supervisor.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Requirements
- Active CNA I License (North Carolina).
- Experience in home care or facility settings preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
