What We’re Searching For Our team is searching for a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida who prioritizes patient care. We are hiring for full-time and PRN roles.
What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services and assessments to patients in their homes Guide and instruct patients through prescribed therapeutic care.
- Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans.
- Prepare progress notes following visits for patients’ charts.
- What You Need: Graduated after successful completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant education program accredited by: The Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc.
- (AOTA), or its successor organizations.
- Is eligible to take, or successfully completed, the entry-level certification examination for Occupational Therapy Assistants developed, and administered, by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
- (NBCOT) Licensed to practice within the state of Florida Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association preferred.
- CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted).
