Entry Level - Install Technician

Install Technician I Full-time | $18/hr + bonus incentives (average $175/week extra!)

Hit the ground running this FALL— work outside, and build real skills while enjoying the best season there is! We're hiring every week throughout the Fall, so there's never been a better time to join the team!

Grow Fast: Start as Tech I and advance to Tech II ($18/hr + Avg. $260/wk bonus) or Crew Lead ($23/hr + $850/wk bonus) in as little as 6 months!

What You'll Do:

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, attics, and more
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections
• Keep a safe, organized work area

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart
