Own the Order-to-Cash cycle : manage the rent roll, lease accounting, revenue recognition, tenant adjustments, and aged receivables to ensure accuracy and timely collection.
Oversee the Procure-to-Pay function : govern operating and capital expenditure payables, refunds, and disbursements with strong controls.
Lead the Record-to-Report process: drive monthly close, consolidation, and statutory reporting for multiple entities, including management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany processes.
Manage and develop the finance shared services team : set service standards, monitor performance, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement across transactional finance.
Support portfolio performance and transformation initiatives : partner with FP&A and stakeholders on KPI tracking, business reviews, and finance system enhancements or process re-engineering.
Ensure robust financial governance : provide accounting guidance, maintain internal controls, support tax and treasury compliance, and manage the external audit interface.
