Manager, Group Finance

Accounting & Controls

• Oversee accounting and bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
• Manage payment processes and ensure proper governance and controls are maintained
• Partner with internal teams on expense recognition, accruals, and cost allocation

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
• Review financial data from subsidiaries and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate group reporting submissions to the parent company

Systems, Audit & Stakeholder Management

• Support enhancement of financial systems and internal controls
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with group policies
• Act as a key contact for external auditors and handle audit queries
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
