    We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to support in streamlining procurement and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials for the Electric Power division, obtaining vendor estimates, and maintaining accurate records of orders and inventory. The ideal candidate will coordinate delivery schedules, manage material purchasing and tracking, and ensure efficient material flow to support the Electric Power division’s operations.

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Request, obtain, and evaluate estimates from vendors for materials required by the Electric Power division.
    • Purchase materials and supplies in accordance with project specifications and budget requirements.
    • Track and monitor order status from placement through delivery to ensure timely receipt.
    • Log and document all received materials in inventory management system.
    • Schedule and coordinate material deliveries with vendors and internal teams.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
