Activity Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Activity Associate to help create meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents. This position assists with planning and leading activities that promote socialization, creativity, physical well-being, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planning and leading individual and group activities.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement.
• Support activities that meet residents’ interests, abilities, and preferences.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Assist with documenting resident participation and activity needs.
• Help coordinate special events, outings, and recreational programs.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, dependable, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and engage positively with residents.
