    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as Case Manager for assigned students and actively participate in IEP meetings.

    • Conduct student observations, assessments, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs).

    • Design engaging lessons and provide individualized or small-group instruction tailored to student needs.

    • Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

    • Supervise and train classroom paraprofessionals and student teachers.

    • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and communication logs.

    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages growth and achievement.

    • Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Valid Illinois Teaching License with LBS I Approval.

    • Commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and student-centered teaching.

    • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
