- Direct and support logistics of physical donation
- Fill in for staff as directed by supervisor
- Drive truck route as needed
- Work alongside Vocational Training participants and volunteers
- Set an excellent example of work ethic
- Make decisions quickly
- Motivated to accomplish and exceed, required tasks
- Assist in maintaining intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
- Lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers
- Represent a Christian organization and assist in maintaining an intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
- Get along well with others from varied backgrounds
