ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a people-focused coordination role for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and making things happen. You'll support our Au Pairing travellers throughout their journey abroad while working closely with international partners, parents and the wider Hopscotch team to ensure a seamless experience.

IS IT FOR ME?

• Tertiary qualified with 2–3 years' experience in sales, administration, hospitality or a similar people-facing role
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Dependable, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who is energetic and positive

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Support students throughout their application and placement journey
• Communicate regularly with students and parents via phone, email and in-person meetings
• Coordinate with international partners
• Manage application processes, documentation and administrative requirements
• Ensure every candidate receives a professional and positive experience from start to finish
