Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Horizon Case Management Corp™ – "Hope on the Horizon"
Remote (Ukraine) | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time

Salary: ₴2,200,000 - ₴3,500,000 per year
(Approximately $53,000 - $85,000 USD annually)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and support the company's continued growth. The CFO will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to manage financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial planning and strategy
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports
• Manage accounting, payroll, banking, and tax activities
• Monitor financial performance and key business metrics
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Support leadership with financial analysis and recommendations
• Work with external accountants, auditors, and advisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of finance leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience managing company finances and cash flow
• Professional English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and private home office

Preferred

• CPA, MBA, or equivalent qualification
• Healthcare or professional services experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
