Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger’s product marketing team as a Senior Marketing Project Manager! In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Product Marketing Leads to execute marketing initiatives end to end - from turning strategy into clear briefs to coordinating delivery with teams across marketing, product, and external partners. You’ll keep projects moving on time and on quality, helping translate product use cases, offers, and launches into campaigns that attract users, increase attach rate, and billings.

Your day-to-day

• Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns and projects aimed at promoting our products

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support product marketing activities

• Work hands-on with affiliate and content partners, finding new partners, briefing collaborators, tracking performance

• Keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation

• Assist in identifying potential partners and researching relevant topics, use cases, and customer insights

• Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform marketing strategies

• Analyze campaign performance metrics, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

VPS is a powerful, self-managed virtual server for developers and tech-savvy users who need full root access to deploy whatever they want. This AI-managed VPS pairs raw power with simple prompting and 1-click templates for over 1,000 applications, making server setup accessible even for first-time users.

New products

New Products focuses on launching and growing products that may not exist yet. It starts with an idea or customer problem and covers everything needed to bring the product to market, validating demand, defining the audience and messaging, preparing the launch, and learning from early results. A key part of the work is testing as much as possible, from positioning and pricing to channels and customer use cases, to quickly understand what works, what does not, and which ideas have the potential to become valuable and scalable businesses.

What will help you succeed

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or IT industry. Experience in product marketing is a plus

• Hands-on experience in managing large-scale marketing projects or campaigns

• Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in analyzing success metrics and using data to make decisions

• High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal English communication skills

Compensation

€4,000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills.
