Our hotel is home to a wide variety of events, ranging from elegant wedding to corporate dinners. No two days are the same in our dynamic Events team, and we take pride in creating unforgettable moments for our guests. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Waiter for our Events department (or as we like to call it; Chef de Rang). We are looking for someone who not only excels in providing outstanding hospitality but also thrives in an environment filled with collaboration, variety, and a commitment to exceptional service. 

What you'll do

As Chef de Rang within our Events team, you are the driving force behind every unforgettable occasion. No two days are the same, one day you ensure flawless service at an elegant business dinner, the next you are part of an intimate wedding celebration. You welcome guests with genuine warmth and make sure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. Together with the kitchen team, you fine-tune the service down to the last detail, from the careful setup to the final breakdown. Along the way, you share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues, because in our Events team everyone grows together. You report to the department manager and are a reliable, steady presence in a team that takes pride in creating extraordinary moments.

Who you are

• Enthusiast hospitality professional

• A background in fine dining, banqueting, or events is preferred

• Passionate about hospitality and connecting with people

• Quick to adapt and remain effective in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

• Enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with colleagues

• Positive, dynamic team player with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination

• Always ready with a smile and solutions for any challenges that may arise. 

Nice to Have

• Passion for luxury hospitality

• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff

• Previous experience in the Food and Beverage department of a 5-star hotel.
