    <div>Head of Finance (Future CFO Track) — Hotelogix<br><br>Location: Noida or Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)<br>Reports to: CEO Type: Full-time<br><br>Overview<br>Hotelogix is a global cloud hospitality SaaS platform operating globally. Headquartered in<br>Singapore, our operations are in India between Noida and Bangalore. As we scale forward in our<br>journey, we’re seeking a high-caliber Finance head who can lead FP&A, controllership, and business<br>finance with the vision and drive of a future CFO. This role is designed for a finance leader who can<br>move seamlessly between financial planning, investor relations and operational<br>precision—someone who will shape financial excellence, investor confidence, and long-term<br>enterprise value.<br>Outcomes<br>1. Build an investor-ready finance engine: Deliver accurate, forward-looking insights through<br>rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and SaaS metrics dashboards.<br>2. Establish governance and compliance maturity: Clean audit, zero material findings,<br>documented RevRec and accounting policies, inter-company hygiene.<br>3. Maintain and continuously improvise on SaaS metrics that can drive business decisions and<br>valuation outcome.<br>4. M&A preparedness: Diligence-ready data room with indexed files across finance, legal, HR,<br>tax, and customer contracts.<br>5. Cash optimization: Tight collections, improved DSO, disciplined burn, and clear visibility on<br>EBITDA trajectory.<br>6. Enable cross-functional financial decisioning: Finance as a strategic business partner to<br>Sales, Ops, and Product.<br><br>Core Responsibilities<br><br>Strategic Finance & FP&A<br>

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning; deliver actionable variance analysis to<br>leadership.<br>
    • Develop and refine unit economics across products, markets, and customer segments (SMB vs<br>Mid-Market Enterprise).<br>
    • Partner with GTM teams on pricing, pipeline quality, and revenue performance; identify levers<br>for margin expansion.<br>
    • Own board reporting: monthly SaaS scorecard, KPI bridges (ARR, GM, EBITDA, Cash), and<br>investment narrative.<br>
    • Play active role in the company on decisions relating to capital allocation, growth investments,<br>and valuation modeling.<br>Controllership & Compliance<br> Oversee monthly and quarterly closes, ensure robust reconciliations and accounting<br>accuracy.<br> Modernize chart of accounts and implement scalable finance systems (ERP, billing,<br>collections, expense tools).<br> Drive statutory compliance across GST, TDS, FEMA, inter-company agreements, transfer<br>pricing, and group audits.<br>Revenue Operations, Collections and Payables<br> Govern pricing, discounting, and commissions; align bookings, billings, and cash.<br> Monitor deferred revenue, receivables aging, and implement proactive collection drives.<br> Partner with Sales/CS to reduce Outstandings/Payables under control.<br>M&A Readiness & Investor Engagement<br> Maintain an always-ready data room—organized, current, and diligence-proof.<br> Lead diligence preparation sprints—financial normalization, KPI validation, variance bridge,<br>and red-flag resolution.<br> Support investor/buyer modeling with normalized P&Ls, cohort data, and synergy<br>assessments.<br> Act as the financial storyteller for investors, highlighting growth levers and de-risking<br>narrative.<br>Leadership & Team Development<br> Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring capability growth and<br>ownership mindset.<br> Establish policies, controls, and approval workflows across procurement, expenses, and<br>credit notes.<br> Build a culture of financial transparency and strategic partnership with other business units.<br> Groom and position yourself as the next-generation CFO, capable of managing investor<br>relationships and capital strategy.<br><br>Candidate Profile<br> 15+ years total experience, with at least 5+ years in finance leadership roles.<br> Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA-Finance from a top institution.<br> Proven experience managing FP&A, controllership, and audit in a high-growth environment.<br> Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue operations, and B2B subscription economics.<br> Hands-on with Excel/BI tools and comfortable adopting new finance tech stacks.<br> Strong communication and executive presence—able to influence board discussions and<br>cross-functional leaders.<br> Ambitious, detail-driven, and motivated to evolve into a CFO role within 2–3 years.<br>Success Metrics<br> Forecast accuracy<br> Cash management<br> SaaS metrics<br> Compliance<br> Investor readiness</div>
