Product Manager

<div><strong><u>Description</u></strong></div><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">This position is for Product Manager with Hotelogix (HMS Infotech, Noida). You will be responsible for defining and driving roadmap for Hotelogix suite of products. </p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Hotelogix product suite includes, Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale, Internet Booking Engine, Central Reservation Office, 3<sup>rd</sup> Party Integration Modules and Hotelogix Mobile App.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">You will work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the prioritization, design, development, testing, quality and marketing of product upgrades.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">You will be reporting into Head of Product Management.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong><u>Roles and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to drive product related efforts on Hotelogix PMS and other integral products which are used by our customers across 100+ countries.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">As a member of the product management team you will</p><ul><li>Own product, from prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization standpoint.</li><li>Keep track of product usage metrics and ensure success metrics are met.</li><li>Gather and analyze information from multiple sources like sales, account management, 24x7 support team, directly from customers, competitive analysis, hospitality & technology market trends etc.</li><li>Decide the future of the product by working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams.</li><li>Document product features/stories/changes for engineering and quality assurance teams.</li><li>Lead, define, represent and communicate product roadmap and vision in line with the product long term goal.</li><li>Keep all the stakeholders in sync with product vision, upcoming releases and other relevant information.</li><li>Keep track of developments in the global hotel industry.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:15.0pt;background:white; vertical-align:baseline;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong><u>Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Qualification</u></strong></p><ul><li>MBA/ B.E. / B.Tech from a reputed institution</li><li>Experience of working on a complex and ERP product of significant scope</li><li>Experience in multi-tenant SaaS environments</li><li>Hands on experience of creating wireframes (paper/digital), rapid prototypes and click throughs</li></ul>
