Responsibilities:

 </u></strong></p><p>● Prepare user manuals, release notes, training manuals, installation guides and presentations. </p><p>● Release installation guides. </p><p>● Responsible for end-to-end creation, development, coordination, execution, publishing, and ongoing updating of a range of Hotelogix technical documents. </p><p>● Maintains extensive product knowledge through ongoing discussions with all product teams, participation in demos, training videos, etc. </p><p>● Shares technical documentation needs with the Product - Documentation Specialist to document and track all deliverables and writing needs of all product teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Desired Candidate Profile:</u></strong></p><p>● Technical Writing Skills </p><p>● Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)/BRDs </p><p>● Written fluency in English with tailoring of writing to internal and client-facing audiences </p><p>● Highly organized with attention to detail/consistency </p><p>● Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Visio </p><p>● Proficiency in Snagit or other image capturing/editing tools </p><p>● Should know how to make videos </p><p>● API Knowledge </p><p>● E-learning authoring tools such as Articulate </p><p>● Candidate with technical background</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Company Profile:</u></strong></p><p>Hotelogix India Private Limited Incorporated in March 2008, Hotelogix provides a cloud based Property Management System to small & midsize Hotels which includes ( B&Bs, City Hotels, Serviced Apartment, Guest House, Multiple Properties).
