You will be responsible to:

Enterprise leadership & strategy execution

• Set and execute the global compliance framework, including internal audit/self-inspection, inspection readiness, escalation pathways, and management review effectiveness.
• Serve as a corporate leader during health authority inspections and customer audits; ensure consistent readiness and effective remediation where needed, promoting cross site learnings as required.
• Strengthen inspection readiness culture “every day,” ensuring critical fundamentals are non-negotiable and appropriately escalated
• Translate strategy into governance, priorities, and measurable outcomes, balancing compliance stability with continuous improvement and transformation.
• Provide credible, executive-level articulation of quality risk, trade-offs, and decisions under ambiguity -while maintaining regulatory rigor and “state of control.”
• Influence across a matrix organization - partnering with site Quality/Operations leaders and global stakeholders to embed quality culture, discipline, and accountability (not just process).

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

Education

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related Life Sciences discipline
• GxP literacy (GMP required; GDP/GLP plus) including command of QMS fundamentals, inspection readiness, and data integrity principles.

Experience

• Significant leadership experience in pharma/biopharma (CDMO and multi-site/global matrix strongly preferred), with demonstrated ability to operate end-to-end across sites, products, and functions.
• Proven track record leading global transformation programs-designing scalable governance and driving sustained adoption (culture + behaviors + discipline), not just implementing processes.

• Decision-making under ambiguity while maintaining regulatory rigor; strong sense of ownership
• Influences without hierarchical authority; credible with senior leaders; communicates with impact; navigates conflict across Quality/Operations/Business priorities.
• Change leadership in matrix/global organizations; able to balance compliance stability with continuous improvement.
