As a Laborer, you will support our construction operations by performing a variety of physical tasks on job sites. This role assists skilled tradespeople, helps maintain a safe and organized work environment, and contributes to the successful completion of projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist with general construction and site preparation activities
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform basic demolition, cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support concrete, carpentry, and other trade work as directed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to work at heights and in active construction environments
Work Environment
- Work will primarily be performed on active construction job sites and may require travel to various project locations.
