What will you do?

As an Order Management Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring that orders are processed smoothly.

Your daily tasks will include:
•Communicating with our international customers and business partners in English
•Receiving and processing customer orders in our internal systems
•Providing information about products and order status
•Handling customer questions and helping to resolve issues
•Working closely with colleagues from Customer Service, Logistics, and other departments
•Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
•Learning about our products, systems, and business processes

Although the position is located in Hungary, you will work closely with an international team based in Germany.

What are we looking for?
•Confident English communication skills (written and spoken) – this is essential
•Completed secondary school education
•Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
•Strong communication and customer-focused attitude
•Good attention to detail and organizational skills
•A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to have:
•Previous 1–2 years of experience in customer service, export logistics or supply chain
•Experience working in an international environment
•Optical industry knowledge is an advantage
