Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for procurement processes, and leverage procurement best practices.
- Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized, scalable solutions.
- Lead small, medium, and large transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to define business requirements and deliver process improvements.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.
- Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
- Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Support governance, process compliance, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiative.
Education & Experience Recommended
- 8–12+ years of procurement, supply chain, or business process transformation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP MM Certification (preferred or required based on organizational needs)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Proven experience leading procurement transformation and business process improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, procurement operations, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
- Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience leading change management, user training, and organizational adoption initiatives
- Project management experience is an added advantage
- Compliance and Controls – Strong understanding of procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to governance standards
