Strategic 

• Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of material accounting

Operational

• Execution of tasks vis-à-vis schedule
• Co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors
• Monitor in-process quality of various tasks and escalate issues as necessary
• Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
• Test materials, such as cement, concrete, steel, door frames etc, as per IS/ BS codes, as relevant
• Receive, inspect and issue materials (cement and steel) at site with necessary documentation such as GR Notes and Material Issue Notes
• Assist site accountant in material accounting
