- Effective management of training for the team and project staff and monitoring improvement due to trainings
- Ensuring training of contractors staff and workmen working at sites
- Ensure implementation of processes related to MEP in the assigned region
- Providing feedback for improving working processes
Operational
- Responsible for intensive reviews of GFC drawings & cost optimization
- Responsible for ensuring all green building related aspects as per design are incorporated during construction
- Proactive identification of MEP related issues & implementation of remedial / corrective actions on matters affecting the progress & quality of the project
- Oversee preparation & record of drawing schedule, technical submittal schedule & material track log
- Implementation of project procedures related to execution, installation/ testing, pre-commissioning/ commissioning & quality control activities
- Ensure implementation of MEP building service as per contract conditions & local authority norms
- Timely resolution of MEP related RFIs raised by all project sites
- Coordinate with Contracts team for on time award of MEP contracts
- Provide technical support for managing MEP related statutory approvals of projects
- Record the changes made in approved drawings & incorporate the same in the final as-built drawings
- Provide technical support for certification of final account bills & deviations of contracts
- Responsible for implementing MEP related innovations to minimise the maintenance cost in commercial projects
Developmental
Develop, guide and mentor site MEP resources
Education & Experience Requirement:
- B.E -Electrical/ Mechanical
10 to 12 years of relevant work experience in real estate
