Key Responsibilities Finance Process Automation
- Identify, evaluate, and automate repetitive and manual finance processes across:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets
- Treasury
- Financial Reporting
- Taxation and Compliance
- Design and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, and ERP capabilities.
- Establish end-to-end automated workflows to improve process efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Develop the finance automation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Evaluate and recommend suitable automation platforms and technologies.
ERP & Systems Management
- Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize ERP functionalities.
- Lead automation initiatives within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Support system upgrades, process enhancements, and integration projects.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop automated MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Build real-time reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Enhance data accuracy, reconciliation processes, and reporting capabilities.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for standardization.
- Establish controls and governance mechanisms for automated processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
