Role Overview
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, nurturing, and managing channel partners (brokers, agents, IPCs, distributors, and referral networks) to drive consistent lead generation and business growth.
The role
demands strong market understanding, relationship management, and execution capabilities to maximize channel contribution towards overall sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in assigned markets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent engagement and business contribution.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, trainings, and engagement activities to drive mindshare and loyalty.
Business Delivery
- Drive lead flow and booking volumes from the channel partner network to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor performance of partners and implement corrective measures where required.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in line with project launches, campaigns, and market opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Map the local broker/agent ecosystem and identify high-potential partners.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sourcing strategies.
- Provide feedback from channel partners to internal teams for product, pricing, and policy improvements.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure partners adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate partner databases, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer relationship teams for smooth execution of campaigns
