Operational
- Participate in preliminary site visit to investigate the natural resources and features of the site (contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads, topography)
- Assist in preparation and circulate a Requirement for proposal (RFP) to International and local Landscape Architects and generate a note for record for internal circulation.
- Assist in tracking & monitoring external areas for preparation of concept, schematic design, Design development and Construction Documentation (GFC) Landscape Drawing packages and Landscape BOQ by external consultant and provide regular inputs regarding master plan, roads, external landscape elements, existing tree survey, topography, etc.
- Evaluate report received from external agencies, incorporate alterations and present to internal teams in Concept Development Task Force (CDTF)
- Coordinate with other support consultant to ensure that all parties are up to date and work done by different agencies is in coordination.
- Obtain validation on detailed drawings received from local architects by the international architects.
- Participate in material selection based on inputs from external agencies and ensure adherence to cost.
- Ensure a mock up set up for each project as project specific on site.
- Participate in Value Engineering workshops.
- Assist in conducting cost studies and analysing in areas of improvement.
- Ensure focus on retention of existing trees and undertake tree transplantation where required.
- Provide support & clarifications to the regional team and execution teams from a design perspective as and when required. Supervise the execution of sample flat and sales gallery.
- As directed linkage of landscape design to organization’s ESG objectives, sustainability.

Ensure feedback from past/ongoing projects is incorporated into future projects

Internal: Design Team, Project Management Team, Procurement, Contracts, Marketing & Sales, Business Development
External: Architects, External design consultants, Vendors & Contractors
Education & Experience Requirement:
- Qualification Bachelor of Architecture or M Arch Landscape Architect
- Strong knowledge and prior experience of working on Landscape design, Landscape related MOEF/ Municipal Acts/ IGBC/LEED standards, ESG, horticulture, environmental management, etc.
- Good time management and communication skills is required.
- 10-15 years of experience in landscape design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Sketch-up, MS Office and Photoshop.
