About the Role:
As a barista at Coffee Mill, you'll help create memorable moments for customers by delivering top-tier service and handcrafted drinks. Your goal is to brighten someone's day - one cup at a time.

Basic Requirements:
- Prior serving or barista experience is preferred along with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work a variety of shifts between the hours 7am-5pm, including Saturdays, and holidays. We are closed on Sundays!
- Ability to follow standards for beverage and food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Willingness to take on different tasks throughout the day
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Good listener who's not afraid to ask questions
- Great with people and enjoys building relationships
- Team player who brings energy and positivity to the group
