Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role plays a key part in meeting order deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and precise fulfillment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from inventory based on order specifications using pick lists or handheld scanners.

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.

• Label and scan packages for shipping using company systems.

• Replenish inventory and restock shelves as needed.

• Assist in inventory counts and quality control checks.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) if trained and certified.

• Support other departments or tasks as assigned to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.

• Basic computer or scanner proficiency.

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry items up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.

• May require standing for long periods and repetitive motions.

• Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required.
