    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Position: Maintenance Technician
    Employer of Record: HR MGMT 10 LLC
    Location: On-site (Production, Cultivation, and Retail Facilities)

    Position Overview:
    The Maintenance Technician, employed by HR MGMT 10 LLC as the Employer of Record, will work on-site at our partnered cannabis brand’s production, cultivation, and retail facilities. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all facility systems. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to support daily operations, implement preventive maintenance programs, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

    The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience in facility maintenance, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Candidates with HVAC, electrical, or general maintenance experience will be strongly preferred.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Perform Routine Maintenance and Repairs:

    • Conduct maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, irrigation, production equipment, and building infrastructure.

    • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.

    • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

    2. Support Facility Operations Across Multiple Sites:

    • Provide maintenance coverage for production, cultivation, and retail sites.

    • Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of new equipment or systems.

    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational needs.

    3. Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards:

    • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards, including OSHA, local codes, and industry-specific guidelines.

    • Use proper PPE and follow safety procedures during all tasks.

    • Participate in inspections and audits; identify and mitigate hazards.

    4. Maintain Documentation and Records:

    • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

    • Support regulatory compliance documentation efforts as needed.

    5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities.

    • Communicate equipment status and issues affecting operations.

    • Provide support and guidance to team members on maintenance matters.

    6. Inventory Management and Supplies:

    • Track and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.

    • Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field preferred.

    • 2–4 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience required.

    • Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, or general building maintenance strongly preferred.

    • Prior experience in cannabis, food/beverage, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments is a plus.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

    • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

    • Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic MS Office skills preferred.

    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be 21+ years old.

    • Must pass a criminal background check.

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required state cannabis maintenance certifications.

    • Must be physically capable of performing maintenance work (standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
