Location: Southern California (On-site with travel to client locations)
    Company: Dialed Labs

    About Us

Dialed Labs designs and manufactures high-performance wellness and recovery equipment — including saunas, cold plunges, oxygen chambers, and red light therapy systems — built to optimize recovery and performance for those who serve and perform at the highest levels.

We’re expanding our team and seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Product Development & Field Technician to support our R&D and installation operations. This role is critical in ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets Dialed Labs’ standards of precision, safety, and innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Research & Development: Assist in testing and refining new recovery products, including oxygen chambers, saunas, ice baths, and red light therapy beds.

    • Technical Assembly & Setup: Handle setup, calibration, and breakdown of equipment for clients and demonstrations.

    • Quality Control: Inspect products prior to shipment, ensuring they meet performance and aesthetic standards.

    • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. Provide guidance to customers and internal teams on product function and care.

    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test results, issues, and solutions for continuous improvement.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement design updates.

    • Customer-Facing Support: Occasionally assist with on-site client visits, explaining product features and ensuring a seamless user experience.

    Qualifications

    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience assembling and maintaining equipment or systems.

    • Background in R&D, field service, or product testing preferred.

    • Working knowledge of temperature-controlled systems, pneumatic components, or electrical circuits a plus.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    • Must be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and occasionally lifting or moving equipment.

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local client sites as needed.
