HR Executive

The HR Executive objective will be to support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations. An HR executive performs the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records.

Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding and analysing the client's manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
• Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies
• Posting of job on the job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, behavioural Fitment, Stability etc.
• Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client
• Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers
• Achieving the assigned target as per the role

Requirements:

• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should show the grace and confidence whilst talking to the candidates
• Should possess proficiency in Ms- Excel
• Good communication skills
• Hands on experience in preparing reports
